Simon Brocklehurst

Simon has a unique variety of experience working in and with many of the world’s leading organizations.  And not by accident.  Since leaving university he worked to experience businesses from every perspective, Sales to Supply Chain, Marketing to IT, delivering results by understanding how others see things in every situation, and helping them find solutions to their challenges.

Simon is passionate to help his clients solve their challenges: opportunities as well as problems, in ways that are simple, flexible and deliver.  He has led projects as diverse as negotiating gas refinery construction to CPG team development, c-suite team visioning to agency go-to-market strategy.  Building clear, simple strategy and getting it implemented is at the core of everything he does.  “If nothing changed – why did we bother?”

His strategy work covers all aspects of business: corporate, customer management, negotiations, go to market and more. He is a world leader at working with his clients' teams to solve negotiation challenges, developing them as they deliver their commercial goals. Most recently Simon jointly founded elateus, using the world's most advanced behavior-based technology to help companies recruit and develop people in roles that truly suit them, so they and their organizations thrive.

 

Simon lives with his wife, Melanie, in Katonah NY, using this as a base for travelling to learn about as many places as possible.

Aaron Cleavinger

Aaron is a transformational executive leader who builds top performing teams and elevates strategic priorities within dynamic multi-billion dollar consumer focused companies. His own company, Murdoch Mason mirrors his expertise to serve talent acquisition and strategic procurement consulting needs within many industries.  Aaron partners with CommercialSolutions specifically for Strategy and Procurement led consulting engagements, where his vast experience enables us to provide perspective from both sides of the table.

He has led and developed capabilities in supply chain, corporate strategy, strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory management, finance, consumer insights, merchandising, private label, e-commerce, omni-channel, operations, energy management and sustainability, strategic negotiations, and large scale technology implementations.

Mark Tully

Mark is a seasoned leadership professional with more than 30 years of industry experience. Although his experience covers a range of functions, organizations, and continents, the one common denominator is Mark’s people-centric approach, developed and applied in his corporate career and now provided in consultancy services.

 

His extensive experience enables Mark to grasp organizational issues quickly through a pragmatic and hands-on consultancy style, equally comfortable in the board room and on the frontline. His corporate experiences include salesforce leadership, go-to-market and distribution optimization, customer development, strategy execution and learning and development. Mark has held business unit responsibility and overseen strategy formulation and execution that translated into tangible market share growth.

 

Mark’s focus on people led him to apply neuroscience in the workplace, using behavioral understanding and brain-based behavioral development. Mark is a Co-Founder and Partner at elateus, actively working with organizations to optimize business performance in a range of neuroscience-based talent acquisition and development solutions. Mark is a master practitioner with the next generation tool for behavioral understanding, PRISM.

Mark lives with his wife, Kimberly, in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Jo Wright

Jo is a highly engaging facilitator and coach who works across industries and in the not for profit sector to step-change behaviour, relationships and performance with her company, Phoenix.

 

With 14 years industry experience across sales and marketing, management and leadership roles, plus 11 years in facilitation and coaching, Jo brings commercial acumen and pragmatic, results-oriented solutions to her clients. She 'gets it' and at the same time has the courage to 'call it' when something isn't working.

 

What she really cares about is helping organisations and teams have the important and meaningful conversations that move them forward and improve performance, whether that's getting alignment around vision and strategy, developing and embedding values and the right culture in an organisation, or coaching teams, partnerships or individuals.  

 

Jo is a Licensed Practitioner of Insights Discovery®, and a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, tools which, combined with her deep intuitive understanding of people and cultures, give her a unique insight into getting the best out of people in both their personal and professional lives.  She recently completed her ORSC (Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching) training and brings a systemic lens to her facilitation and coaching.


Outside of work, Jo loves to spend time with her two nieces, has a passion for primates and wildlife conservation, and enjoys time in nature whether out walking or in her garden in London, England. She dreams of Bringing Humanity to Work in all its possible senses.

Eoin Cannon

Eoin's early career was spent working across sales, customer marketing and consumer marketing for household name brands.  Moving into global brand marketing, he led the turnaround of multiple alcohol brands, returning them to growth.  This also involved developing local marketing teams in many markets, which brought him to develop, roll out and lead the marketing academy for the world’s second largest brewer.

​

Eoin now runs his own learning agency, Upwelling, which brings modern, agile learning to organisations.  He brings the way people learn in their personal life into their work life, using marketing techniques and behavioural psychology.  He has worked with leading businesses across sectors recently including financial services and broadcasting, changing how their employees learn.

​

He is a qualified business coach, experienced facilitator, holds an MBA and speaks fluent Spanish and French. 

 

Eoin lives in The Hague, Netherlands with his wife, Morgane, and two children.

Steve is a Co-Founder and Partner at elateus, providing recruitment, on-boarding and whole career development solutions to service driven organizations. He partners with CommercialSolutions specifically for strategy and customer service led consultancy engagements.

 

Steve lives in Brooklyn, New York with his wife, Meiyu.
